We’re finally becoming one big happy gossiping family.
I ask, or you ask, and together we can piece together the puzzle that is who is quitting, who is moving to something else and what exactly is going on in the office of mag hags around Sydney town.
I asked you last week if you knew the answer to this beauty tidbit sent in:
Jamie Huckbody at Bazaar is not the only change afoot… heard a rumbling about a certain beauty-type-person moving ‘online’.

The beauty person moving “online” IS from Bazaar. Stepping off from her print pedestal and dipping her toes into a new beauty portal set to be launched in a few months. This should be interesting because the company she’s coming from also runs YourBeautySpot.Ninemsn.com.au – perhaps they’re just not doing it right? I wonder what this new beauty portal is offering her. Besides the chance to work out in an industrial area.

I love how they point out that there are no fab Australian beauty sites when Ms Kramer was part of the team at ACP which launched YourBeautySpot and there is the newly revamped BeautyHeaven.com.au which was actually formally edited by an ex-ACP’er and Shop Til You Drop staffer (can you guess who?).
Looks like the web will be getting a whole lot fruitier. If you know what I’m saying.

You’re right (of course) our site was formerly ‘Guest Edited’ by an ex-ACP beauty person, and I’m delighted that you acknowledge our presence – something that B&T failed to do. Thanks for the mention – we owe you one.

Ohh interesting move by Fruity. Why would you want to leave Harper’s? Perhaps it’s because Alison Veness-McGourty is leaving, though wouldn’t you just follow her to Grazia then? Oh well, they can hire ME for the Beauty role at Harper’s then.
